Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you can ask for a refund if the delivered item is defective, missing, or inaccurate.
After 24 hours of delivery, refund requests won't be considered.Order Not Delivered
You can ask for a complete refund if your order is not delivered within seven days of placing it.
Refund Process
Zeina Fashion will credit the customer's bank account number with the refund after reviewing and verifying your claim. For verification purposes during the evaluation process, you might be asked to submit images or videos of the incorrect or defective item.
